If  you do not have any warranty claim, you need a COST ESTIMATION prior to the repair. All further information is provided on the product page here.

Within the warranty period of your device (2 years on all units, 5 years on the steam tank) please follow these three steps:

  1. Fill in the customer service mandate form (online or printed). Sign the printed form.
  2. Wrap the device safely for transportation and deposit the mandate form and an evidence for the warranty (bill and/or certificate of warranty) in the parcel.
  3. Send the parcel to
