If you do not have any warranty claim, you need a COST ESTIMATION prior to the repair. All further information is provided on the product page here.
Within the warranty period of your device (2 years on all units, 5 years on the steam tank) please follow these three steps:
- Fill in the customer service mandate form (online or printed). Sign the printed form.
- Wrap the device safely for transportation and deposit the mandate form and an evidence for the warranty (bill and/or certificate of warranty) in the parcel.
