With our cost estimation you receive fast and competent support in order to solve problems with your iron.

Within the warranty period of your device (2 years on all units, 5 years on the steam tank) inspection and repair are naturally for free. In this case you find the procedure under SERVICE.

In case you do not hold any warranty claim, a cost estimation is necessary prior to the repair on which a fee of 20 Euro is charged.

If you decide to mandate the repair of your device after the inspection, the cost estimation fee is passed to account in full height to the reparation cost. Also if you decide to purchase a new device from us instead of having the the old unit repaired, the charge is carried back.

Repair service is offered for the following devices:

  • Reinold Deluxe
  • Euro Professional
  • Heller Professional
  • Rotel Professional until 2011
  • loewe Powercook

How it works:

1) Set the cost estimate to your cart, purchase and pay it.

2) Fill in our customer service mandate form. This form can be filled in and downloaded HERE.

3) Send your defective iron and the filled in and signed form to:

Within few days you recieve the cost estimate.

Then you decide to mandate the repair or to get back your iron unrepaired.
